With the advent of search engines many retail customers started locating us on the web while searching for hard to find items. In the ancient past (BTI Before The Internet) we always referred end users to local retailers, but the requests now are rarely in our local geography. Credit Cards Accepted: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express that bill to U.S. addresses. For extra security and fraud prevention we may request that you also provide us with the card verification number and for high value purchases we may only ship to the billing address or other address you have approved with your credit card company for accepting deliveries. Shipping: All orders are shipped from the western United States via UPS or Fedex ONLY to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Most of our items are processed and shipped either the same or next business day. However, due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product, vendor availability or delivery delay, we occasionally may not be able to ship an order within this time frame. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay or if we need to cancel your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you the next business day after your order ships and will include a tracking number when possible.
